The staff throughout the entire park were outstanding!! Each and everyone of them was polite and friendly, and it was clear they had a lot of information about the animals within the park. One well-known animal attraction is Floridas only safari park, Lion Country Safari, where visitors experience a drive-through zoo featuring animals from around. The captain of the boat was very informative, and ensured that all of us had a brilliant and exciting experience. The absolute icing on the cake was the airboat tour itself. We all enjoyed this, and I’m sure more will he added to this in the future! A highlight at the end of the safari was the opportunity to hand feed giraffes! Again, we felt this was good value for money at only $5! The drive thru safari is a new experience available. The staff completing the live demonstrations were very interactive with the audience, making this an exciting experience. We felt this was great value for money as this also included entry to the wildlife park, all the live shows, and included us getting a picture with an alligator. Our knowledgeable and experienced guides will tour you through 260 acres, interacting with huge herds of wetland exotic species, Watusi cattle, and Haflinger horses in custom safari vehicles, fitted with shade canopies and stadium seating. Myself and my family booked onto the air boat tour and the drive thru safari. At Safari Wilderness, you will enjoy fresh air year-round as enormous birds soar overhead. They have also introduced five more Highlander cattle, two camels, three ostrich and an all-white elk.A visit to Wild Florida is a must for any trip to Florida!
